The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified proponents that have been approved to submit proposals in response to this RFP under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-1779-24.
Any proposals received from proponents not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to retain a consulting engineering firm from the three pre-qualified firms under RFPQ No. RFPQ-1779-24 to provide design, contract administration and inspection services for Highway 27 (Y.R. 27) from Major Mackenzie Drive (Y.R. 25) to 770 m north of Nashville Road, in the City of Vaughan.
