BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Parking lot membrane replacement at Lakeside Residences, 17 The Queensway South, Keswick, ON All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in
the amount of $40,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The
forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached
as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Bidders are advised that a pre-tender submission meeting will be held on August 29, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Lakeside Residences located at 17 The Queensway South in Keswick. Please note parking is limited however street parking is available.
