Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK This Proposal is to retain a qualifed consulting engineering firm to provide design and engineering services for the design of two (2) recreation bridges located at 4762 Queensville Sideroad and 20753 McCowan Road in East Gwillimbury, as further set out in Appendix A - RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”). MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
