DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking to establish a list of prequalified  Value-Added Resellers (VARs) of the Lenel Onguard System for the Supply, integration, programming, service, and maintenance of the Lenel, Milestone, Bosch and Zenitel Intercom Security Systems who are eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process (the “Qualified Roster”).  The Qualified Roster will be requested to bid in the capacity of general contractor or subcontractor, depending on the project scope.

Step 2 -  Firms forming part of the Qualified Roster shall be invited to participate in future procurement processes for the provision of the Deliverables (“Roster Competitions”).  In procurements where the installation of Lenel Security System is only one component of the work, the Qualified Roster may be carried as a prequalified list of subcontractors.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT(S):  The respondent must be a Value Added Reseller (VAR) of the Lenel OnGuard System and a certified reseller for Milestone XProtect, and Bosch RPS.. Proof in the form of a formal letter from Lenel S2, Milestone and Bosch, to substantiate that the respondent is currently in good standing with each manufacturer is required.
