The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Expression of Interest (EOI). HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Expression of Interest (EOI) is intended to assess market interest and capacity among qualified academic and research institutions to support an ACM Roads Pilot Project led by the Region. The pilot will be research‑focused and evidence‑driven, with field testing, laboratory analysis, and reporting activities anticipated to be undertaken by a university‑led team, and supported by industry and owners . For complete bid details, refer to the EOI documents. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFI / EOI should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
