The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this RFP. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Proposals must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. Description of Work: The services include, but are not limited to, undertaking a Municipal Class Environment Assessment, preliminary design, detailed design and contract administration and site inspection services for the Newmarket Glenway Facility Upgrades project. Meeting: Proponents are invited to attend a non-mandatory Information Meeting to be held on April 12, 2022, via Microsoft Teams, commencing at 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Questions: Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
