Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-1893-24:
The electrical portion of the Work must be completed by one of the following electrical subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-1893-24.
The mechanical portion of the Work must be completed by one of the following mechanical subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-1893-24.
Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids from the prequalified bidders for the Rehabilitation of the 2nd Concession Sewer and Holland Landing West Control Valve Chamber , as further set out in Appendix C - Form of Contract. MEETING: A non-mandatory virtual meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 commencing at 2:00 p.m. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting.
