The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Regional Municipality of York (Region) is seeking a qualified Equipment Vendor (Vendor) for the Design, Fabrication, Delivery and Commissioning of a Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor (MABR) System for the Nobleton Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF), along with Support Services during Installation of the MABR System BONDS: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
