The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following is a list of pre-qualified consultants that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender (“RFT”) under Request for Pre-Qualification No. PQ-19-168: • Associated Engineering (Ont.) Ltd. • HDR Corporation • IBI Group Professional Services (Canada) Inc. • LEA Consulting Ltd. • R.V. Anderson Associates Limited Bidders intending to submit a Bid must be one of the consultants pre-qualified under Request for Qualification No. PQ-19-168 as listed above. Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids from qualified consultants to provide Services which include, but are not limited to, electrical design services in connection with the rehabilitation of Bayview Avenue from Wellington Street to Mulock Drive in the Towns of Aurora and Newmarket, as further detailed in Appendix B – Specifications.
