The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids&Tenders website for this RFP. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Proposals must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK - The Region is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional design, development and consulting services to implement applications using the technologies described in this RFP on an “as required” basis as described in Section 6. Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
