The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS of Responses submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: To provide all equipment, labor and material to clean the identified OGS units and dispose the liquid and solid material at a Ministry approved site.Further details descried in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables.”) MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 1. Environmental Compliance Approval/Certificate Approval (Transportation of Oil-Grit Separator Structure Cleaning Material) - Appendix G 2. Environmental Compliance Approval/Certificate Approval(Receiving and Processing of Oil-Grit Separator Structure Cleaning Material) - Appendix H DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $20,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix I and Appendix J to the Bid Form.
