The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to Consulting Services for Brayfield Manor Exterior Site Upgrades Located at 919 Bray Circle, Town of Newmarket. As further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). SITE VISIT/ MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a site visit / information meeting to be held on the date, time and place set out on the Bidding Website. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory. For details regarding the site visit /information meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below. For complete bid details please refer to the RFP documents.
