BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This Request for
Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is open to all surveying firms who wish to be
considered for the roster of pre-qualified consultants eligible to participate
in subsequent RFQs for provision of the services, including field collection,
processing, analysis and delivery of field survey data for the period in which
the roster will be in effect as described in the terms of reference.
