The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bidding Website. HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, bringing the next level of clarity regarding the scopes, costs, resources, and timing associated with this project. This project will determine the role of York Region’s wastewater system, in reaching the Region’s goal of net-zero greenhouse gases by 2050 for Regional corporate activities. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Proponents shall submit a copy of a P. Eng. Certificate for both their Project Manager and Senior Wastewater Specialist in the Document Upload section. Questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
