The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. DESCRIPTION: This Request for Information (RFI) is inviting Responses and seeking inputs with the intent to determine the level of market interest and promote competition while affording firms the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to the Region in an informal and non-binding setting on the potential to implement a wastewater energy transfer and recovery solution. This information may, in the future, be used by the Region to assess the viability of a wastewater energy transfer system and to inform the Region’s subsequent preparation of a future procurement process. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFI shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
