The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The supply of all labour, materials and equipment for year-round grounds maintenance services at community, transitional and emergency housing facilities across York Region. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
MEETING: A site visit / information meeting will not be held for this RFT. However, Bidders may request a site visit. All site visit requests must be made a minimum of five (5) business days before the Question Deadline. All Bidders shall be notified via Addendum of any scheduled site visits which will be arranged by HYI, so that Bidders have the opportunity to attend – such site visits will not be mandatory. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
