BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from the pre-qualified list of architectural firms for site plan approval, building permit, design, contract documents and contract administration in relation to construction of a new paramedic response station at 2960/2980 Teston Road in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. The following is a list of pre-qualified Proponents that have been approved to submit proposals in response to this RFP under Request for Pre-Qualification No. PQ-18-165: • Salter Pilon Architecture Inc. Proponents are advised that an Information Meeting that will be held on March 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at 145 Harry Walker Parkway North in the Town of Newmarket in room #13020. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the proposal received from Thomas Brown Architects Inc. for Contract No. P-19-34 for the provision of Architectural and Engineering Services for Paramedical Response Station at 2960/2980 Teston Road, City of Vaughan has been accepted in the amount of $274,000.00, excluding HST. The services are expected to be completed by end of September 2022.
