On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Workplace Medical Corp. for Contract No. RFP-887-22 for Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) & Surveillance Program has been accepted in the amount of $105,579.00, excluding HST, for a contract term of two (2) Years and includes an option to renew the contract for up to three (3) additional one-year terms.
