ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website , HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-20-07:
Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is inviting Bids from the prequalified bidders for the Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plan Biosolids Treatment Replacement Project (Contract 2), 901 McKay Road, Pickering, ON, as further described in Section A of the RFTC Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). VIRTUAL MEETING: A non-mandatory virtual Bidder's meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 commencing at 1:30 p.m. Please contact Sue Eves at sue.eves@york.ca for the TEAMS meeting link. SITE MEETING: Two non-mandatory site meetings will be held at the Administration Building, Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant 901 McKay Rd Pickering, ON L1W 3A3 as follows:
Commencing at 9:00 am, a brief introduction and overview will be given to the group at large. Following this, a tour of the work area shall be conducted. If needed to accommodate the number of attendees, the tour may be divided into groups. Proponents shall provide and utilize their own PPE. Please confirm your attendance with sue.eves@york.ca to both meetings. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting(s). Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
