The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes but not limited to, Inspection, Testing and Routine Preventative Maintenance Services, Deficiency Reporting, Emergency Services, Demand Repairs and all relevant Reporting Documentation relating to Stand-By Generators at various York Region Facilities.
