The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Region is seeking EOI responses from respondents interested in:

  1. renting Anchor Tenant Space in the Seniors Hub as one of multiple Anchor Tenants to deliver seniors-focused programs and services in alignment with the Seniors Hub vision; and/or
  2. renting and operating the Community Centre Space of the Seniors Hub as the Community Centre Operator by providing integrated seniors-focused programs / services to encourage social participation, wellness and enable an age-friendly, complete community where seniors can age in place in alignment with the Seniors Hub vision.

Respondents may submit an EOI response to one or both capacities.
