The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This RFT is an invitation by the Region to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the supply and delivery of Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) parts and service for John Deere, Case, Kubota, Toro, and Greenworks tractors and mowers, further described in Part A of Appendix A.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

1. Authorized Dealer: Bidders must be authorized dealers or resellers of the OEM parts and services for the manufacturer set out in the Pricing Table for which the Bidder is submitting a Bid. 
2. Repair Facility Hours and Address Information: Bidders must enter their repair facility’s complete address and hours of operation when submitting their Bid
3. Catchment Area: Bidders must have a repair facility within a 70-kilometer radius of the Region’s Fleet Services location at 90 Bales Drive East, East Gwillimbury.
