BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for the Expansion of the East Roads Operation Center at 10988 and 10990 Warden Avenue in Markham, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

• A signed Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Agreement in the form of or substantially in the form set forth in Schedule A Confidentiality Agreement.

Upon the Region’s review and approval of a fully executed Confidentiality Agreement, Appendices F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, Q, R, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, AA,  and BB will be made available through a secure website (log in details will be provided).
