The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region intends to retain a Supplier as a primary consultant, who may engage subcontractors as needed to provide field maintenance and support services required to continue managing the I&I Monitoring Program. The Supplier will be responsible for all field work, resources, equipment (excluding the purchase of flow meters, sensors, and accessories), communication and materials necessary for monitoring in various pipe sizes and site conditions throughout the Region and local municipalities and for managing and reviewing all flow and rainfall data and assets data collected through the I&I Monitoring Program.
