Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK This Tender is for the supply and operation of all labour, material and equipment to perform debris pick up and grass cutting within Regional boulevards in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Town of Aurora and the City of Markham locations as further set out in Appendix A - RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”). • Part B – Cutting Edge Property Services Inc. $142,687.50 (excluding HST)
• Part C – Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc. $538,623.17 (excluding HST)
Contract Term - (2 years plus one additional 2 year term)
