Brief description: The Region is inviting Bids from qualified commercial landscaping contractors for year-round ground maintenance services, including both summer and winter grounds maintenance services for Environmental Services and Water and Wastewater Properties. A bid deposit in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft or Letter of Credit in the amount of $10,000.00 is required for this RFT. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from 2627616 Ontario Inc. o/a The Ground Guys of Newmarket for Zone A in the amount of $633,680.00, excluding HST, and 1943349 Ontario Ltd. o/a Kirbyco General for Zone B in the amount of $480,900.00, excluding HST, for Contract No. T-18-307 for Year Round Grounds Maintenance Services for Environmental Services and Water and Wastewater Properties has been accepted. The total contract value is $1,114,580.00.
The term of the Contract begins on April 15, 2019 ends on October 14, 2022.
