website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Asphalt removal, warm mix asphalt paving and culvert replacement on King Road (Y.R. 11) from 1.5 km west of Highway 27 to 0.5km west of Weston Road (Y.R. 56) in the Township of King All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in
the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The
forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached
as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Certificate of Recognition (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who have not registered for the CORTM Safety Program with the IHSA shall be rejected from further consideration. On behalf of the Council of The Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise that the bid received from Four Seasons Site Development Ltd. for Contract No. 20-153 for Asphalt Removal, Warm Mix Asphalt Paving and Culvert Replacement on King Road (Y.R. 11) from 1.5 km west of Highway 27 to 0.5 km west of Weston Rd (Y.R. 56) in the Township of King has been accepted in the amount of $3,565,533.05, excluding HST.
