The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  The Region requires professional appraisal services to estimate the market value and other applicable compensation of properties to assist in the acquisition or disposition of property requirements for various projects.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• Signing Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI): It is a mandatory technical requirement that all respondents must include at least one Signing AACI in its response. Each Signing AACI must be a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and must be classified as available for fee assignments. Respondents that do not comply with all Mandatory Technical Requirements will be rejected as non-compliant for failure to meet a mandatory requirement of the RFSQ.
