All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $40,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders are advised that a pre-tender submission meeting will be held on June 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at 84 Oakridge Court, Holland Landing, Ontario. Details of the site meeting will be provided in an addendum.
