The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Conduct an equity audit of the People, Equity and Culture Branch’s (formerly known as Human Resource Services) policies and practices related to the lifecycle of employment within the Region using an anti-Black racism and equity lens, covering a variety of areas including talent management, development and acquisition (e.g., recruitment and selection), employee relations (e.g., the complaints process, review of past complaints reports), employee health and safety, and other areas within the People, Equity and Culture Branch(“PEC”). MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any proposal received from proponents who do not comply with all Mandatory Submission Requirements and Mandatory Technical Requirements identified in Appendix A, section C.1 and D.1, shall be rejected from further consideration.
