The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking a contractor to provide access to a cloud-based enterprise notification system to be utilized by the Region’s Community Health Services departmental staff.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• Cloud Security Assessment Questionnaire (CSAQ):  If a proponent fails to submit a fully completed CSAQ, the proposal shall be rejected as non-compliant. Proponents with a score of less than 60% for Section A or less than 60% for the entire CSAQ will not be considered for further evaluation.
• Mandatory Solution Requirements: Proponents must comply with all Mandatory Solution requirements outlined in Step 2, Table 1 – Mandatory Solution Requirements in the Bidding Website. Proposals that do not comply with all mandatory solution requirements will be rejected as non-compliant
