The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – A general and not necessarily complete or exact description of the work is as follows: The Work includes, but is not limited to, provide complete Road Weather Information System (RWIS) services including but not limited to polling, data storage and display of pavement and weather forecasts for the Region’s RWIS network. Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
