BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Newmarket East (Harry Walker) Elevated Tank Recoating and Structural Upgrades MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any bids received from bidders who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. For details regarding the bidders’ meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below. Site Meeting is scheduled at the Harry Walker ( Newmarket East) Elevated Tank located on 221 Harry Walker Parkway south in the Town of Newmarket commencing at 1:30 pm. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $250,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
