The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. 

Description: The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide the Services with respect to the Project as described in Schedule A – Scope of Work. The Services include, but are not limited to, undertaking detailed design, contract administration and site inspection services for air valve venting to atmosphere and miscellaneous chamber rehabilitation. .

Meeting: UPDATED- Bidders are invited to attend a non mandatory information meeting to be held on May 5, 2022 via Microsoft Teams, commencing at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. All attendees are required to contact the Purchasing Analyst listed in the Bid Document or below on or before 12 noon, May 4, 2022 to request access to the Bidders’ Meeting.  No questions shall be asked or answered during the meeting. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before and after the information meeting.

Questions:  Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button. The Region will respond to all formal questions as an addendum to form part of this RFPC.
