The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to establish a list of prequalified general consultants who are eligible to participate in a Request for Proposal for a Transit Project Assessment Process (TPAP) including a 30% Preliminary Design Study for Jane Street (Y.R. 55) from Highway 7 (Y.R. 7) to Major Mackenzie Drive (Y.R. 25), in the City of Vaughan.
