The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-879-22: • Amico Infrastructures Inc. Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of a bridge on York Durham Line (Y.R. 30), 40 m south of Bethesda Sideroad in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $150,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. For complete bid details, refer to the RFTC documents.
