The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This RFT is an invitation by the Region to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for Graffiti Removal at York Region Transit Facilities, as further described in Part A of Appendix A (RFT Particulars). The Deliverables include but are not limited to the removal of graffiti at the Region’s Transit Facilities including bus stops, viva stations, vivaNext stations and terminals as more particularly described in this RFT. The Region is seeking a qualified Supplier to provide all labour, materials, and services that are necessary to perform the Deliverables. The Supplier shall supply all vehicles, vehicle operators, labourers, materials/supplies, and tools the Supplier requires to complete the Deliverables. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
