The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. DESCRIPTION: The intent of this RFI is to solicit information, determine the level of market interest and promote competition while affording firms the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to the Region in an informal and non-binding setting on the support and maintenance services to the existing on-premises Qmatic Orchestra 7 with Web booking system and associated hardware managed by York Region. This information may, in the future, be used by the Region to determine the approach of support and maintenance services of Court’s Customer Journey Management System and to inform the Region’s subsequent preparation of a future procurement process. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFI shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
