BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Providing all labour, materials, equipment, and services that are necessary to fulfill the requirements of the source separated organics leachate collection, transport and processing services for York Region Waste Management Centre located at 100 Garfield Wright Boulevard, East Gwillimbury and Earl Turcotte Waste Management Centre located at 300 Rodick Road, in the City of Markham. DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $40,000.00 in the form of a certified cheque. In lieu of a certified cheque, Bidders may submit a Letter of Credit.
