The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, Develop Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Measures (2026-2030). JOINT VENTURE OF CONSORTIUM: Proponents structured as a joint venture or consortium shall upload a PDF file containing the documentation required In the document upload field titled “Joint Venture or Consortium Documentation” in the Documents & Bonding step MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT: At least one (1) member of the Proponent’s proposed project team shall be a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario (P. Eng) specializing in mechanical systems in buildings and the academic discipline recorded on the PEO directory shall be Mechanical Engineering. Proponents shall upload the documentation required under this section in the document upload field titled “Project Team” in the Documents & Bonding step in the Bidding Website.
