Re: Cancellation of Bid No. RFP-570-22 Digital Printer Fleet Replacement

On behalf of the Regional Municipality of York, I wish to advise you that the bid for RFP-570-22 has been cancelled.

The Region will be reissuing a revised RFP for Digital Printer Fleet Replacement. All registered suppliers will be advised when the new RFP is released.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  The Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, material and Equipment necessary to carry out the Work associated with the lease of the Region’s digital printer fleet, including related service and maintenance. The Region requires leases for two (2) digital colour ink printers and one (1) black ink printer as well as a service and maintenance contract for the Region-owned Kodak Digimaster 9110. Subject to the features of the Equipment and material supplied by the Selected Proponent, the Work also includes the replacement of the RIP Software. The Region currently uses Fiery Command WorkStation 5.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Proponents must comply with all mandatory requirements listed in Table 1 - Mandatory Requirements Questionnaire. Proposals that do not comply with all mandatory requirements will be rejected as non-compliant for failure to meet one or more mandatory requirements.
