The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - A general, and not necessarily complete or exact, description of the work is as follows: The Work includes, but is not limited to, kitchen and bathroom replacements at Heritage East, located at 349/351 Crowder Blvd., in the Town of Newmarket. Bids will be accepted from the following list of pre-qualified contractors as per Pre-qualification No. PQ-18-111:
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. The Bidders’ Meeting will be held on July 10, 2018 at 349/351 Crowder Blvd. in the Town of Newmarket, commencing at 11:00 a.m. All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $75,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario.
