The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - York Region is seeking Proposals from a qualified consultant or consultant team to evaluate the available options for designing bike share programs within York Region. The Proposals should provide recommendations that best serve the estimated patterns of demand for bike share services in identified service areas within the Region.
