The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: the following is a list of prequalified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Proposal No. RFSQ-1752-24, Category Eight - Water Hydraulic Monitoring. • GEI Consultants Canada Ltd.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is looking to undertake a comprehensive water hydraulic model update, calibration, and validation project to reflect the system’s current state, and to update the York Region portion of the model (both the York Water System and Georgina Water System are included in this model) in accordance with the Region’s recently developed water hydraulic modelling guidelines. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.
