The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS of Responses submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Pre-Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified consultants that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender ("RFT") under Request for Prequalification No. RFPQ-548-21
Bidders intending to submit a tender must be one of the above noted prequalified consultants. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Upgrades to the Jefferson Pumping Station, including:
DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $75,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 50% of the Estimated Contract Price. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
