BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide a cloud-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for use by the Public Health Sexual Health clinics program for the following purposes:(i) record, organize, edit, and manage client medical records; (ii) assessment forms; (iii) appointments details; (iv) medication ordering and dispensing; (v) clinical notes; (vi) test scheduling; (vii) lab reports; (viii) assisting with contacting clients.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• CLOUD SECURITY ASSESSMENT QUESTIONAIRE (CSAQ): If a proponent fails to submit a fully completed CSAQ, the proposal shall be rejected as non-compliant. Proponents with a score of less than 60% for Section A or less than 60% for the entire CSAQ will not be considered for further evaluation.
• MANDATORY SOLUTION REQUIREMENTS : Proponents must comply with all Mandatory Solution requirements outlined in Step 2, Table 1 – Mandatory Solution Requirements in the Bidding Website. Proposals that do not comply with all mandatory solution requirements will be rejected as non-compliant.
