Brief Description: The Region is inviting Bids for the Cleaning, Janitorial and Landscape Services at York Region Transit Terminals as more particularly described in this RFT. The Region is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all labour, materials, and services that are necessary to perform the work. The Contractor shall provide vehicles, vehicle operators, labourers, materials/supplies, and tools. A bid deposit in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft in the amount of $40,000.00 is required for this tender.
