BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for supply and delivery of food products, supplies, for the Region’s Newmarket Health Centre, Maple Health Centre and Adult Day Programs, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

 The Supplier must be a member of Complete Purchasing Services Inc. (CPS) vendor and distributor network. (i.e.) Any proposal received from proponents who are not a member of Complete Purchasing Services Inc. (CPS) vendor and distributor network shall be rejected from further consideration.
