The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services with respect to the Work as described in Section 6 (Terms of Reference). The Region is dedicated to and supports the creation of a healthy workplace culture and meaningful wellness and recognition programs for its employees. The goal of the wellness program is to ensure the Region’s employees remain healthy, engaged and productive in the workplace. The goal of the recognition program is to link our corporate core values to employees’ actions and behaviors by providing a multi-level program offering several recognition choices for all of its active employees. The Work includes, at a minimum, providing and supporting a cloud based online, on-demand, wellness and recognition platform to support the Region’s wellness and recognition programs for its employees. The proposed Solution should be fully accessible and engaging, available anytime, anywhere, and from any device; accessible 365 days per year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
