BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Work includes, but is not limited to, the Replacement of Carpet tiles and Vinyl Base on the Ground and Second floors at 90 Bales Drive, East Gwillimbury. DEPOSIT: Bidders must submit a bid deposit in the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) when submitting their Bid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer.
